Delivery charges and timescales

Swann ships orders to almost the entire world in order to meet your expectations as effectively as possible.

To know when you will receive an article, you must take into account the time needed to manufacture this product if it is the case as well as the delivery time. For products that are not customized and/or made-to-measure, you will only take into account the time it takes to prepare the order and the delivery time.

The delivery time will be visible in the shopping cart area when choosing your delivery. It indicates the time frame of the longest product to be manufactured. Therefore, it is possible that you will receive part of your order before this date. Since we work with different workshops, we have chosen not to wait until all your items are ready to be shipped. They can therefore be sent as we go along.

Express Delivery : Swann offers you the possibility to make all or part of your shirts in emergency. You can opt for a delivery in 7 working days (not including Saturdays and Sundays) with a supplement of 100€ per shirt or delivery under 12 working days (not including Saturdays and Sundays) with a supplement of 50€ per shirt. This period includes shipping in France with an option of delivery within 48 hours. In case of delivery abroad, it is necessary to add 3 or 7 additional days depending on the country.
This option is only available in our French workshop. Only fabrics with the Chronometer icon are eligible.

Our delivery charges depend on the number of shirts ordered and the destination address.

Our delivery costs are fixed by country and offered from 300 € purchase.

Colissimo Tracking :

Once the order is received by the French Post Office, La Poste, you will receive delivery within 48 hours (working days only for items dispatched tot Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco) subject to the working hours of the relevant depot. With Colissimo, your order will be delivered from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 12 noon, directly to the recipient or a representative, and will be signed for. In the event that your package cannot be delivered (e.g., no security or receptionist), your courier will leave a note, stating when you will be able to retrieve your parcel by presenting proof of identity, and from which Post Office.

You can track your package at any time by logging in to postoffice website and providing the package number provided to you in the order confirmation e-mail, such as 8V00300548899.
